Without the training to develop the means of observing one’s mind most of us are affected by recurring patterns. These patterns almost become hardwired into our thoughts and reactions. Some are helpful (convenient for accomplishing simple everyday tasks), some troublesome (bad habits) and some even create physical and energetic blockages.
Clearing of recurring patterns is in the curriculum for most of the courses offered here. This course attacks the issue head on and can help tackle each pattern one by one.
