As this was a new experience for me I was unsure what to expect but any concerns or nervousness quickly disappeared after meeting Michiko and her warm personality. She led me through her session with passion but an explanation for everything and how it would help me improve.  Again, this was all brand new to me but I just let myself go and let Michiko take me through the various steps as she worked her magic.  Just listen to her instructions and learn something new about yourself. I felt very connected to her as she talked to me and she truly creates a relaxing atmosphere and without any rushed feeling. Without sounding too New Age, I left feeling relaxed yet exhilarated with a better understanding of the body connections
